Samanta has 30 years of experience in Human Resources, having led key HR processes with a strong focus on Talent Management, Organizational Development, Succession Planning, Strategic Compensation & Benefits, Expatriate Management, Productivity, and Labor Relations. Samanta holds a degree in Languages from UFRJ, an Executive MBA from COPPEAD and FGV, a specialization in Talent Management from The Wharton School, and a postgraduate degree in Education and Human Resources Development from UFRJ.
