Partilhar Program: ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½'s supply chain engagement for the socioeconomic development of territories
Partilhar is a ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ initiative to encourage its supply chain to actively contribute to the sustainable development of the regions where the company operates.
The program establishes local socioeconomic growth objectives that are integrated into the selection and contracting criteria, making local impact a relevant factor in supplier selection.
Program Objectives
The Partilhar Program operates across four main fronts:
Promoting job creation in the local communities where ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ operates;
Encouraging the growth of the wage bill and income generation in the regions where it operates;
Fostering local procurement and the emergence of new businesses in the territories;
Stimulating voluntary social investment by contracted suppliers.

Supplier Journey in the Partilhar Program
The Partilhar Program incorporates new guidelines into ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½'s supplier contracting journey.
In addition to traditional technical and commercial criteria, the Community Value Index (CVI) is now integrated into the evaluation and selection of supplier companies.
During the contracting process, the supplier receives access to the CVI Calculator, where they can consult the Program Regulations and propose an Action Plan for enrollment in the Partilhar Program.
The supplier submits the technical and commercial proposals, along with the completed CVI Calculator and Action Plan. The reported values must be substantiated by the date filled in by the supplier, provided it does not exceed the contract end date.
The buyer evaluates the received proposals, performs equalization, defines the selected supplier(s), and formalizes the contracting, including a contractual clause and a specific annex for the Partilhar Program.
In specific cases, the supplier may formalize social investment initiatives through a Commitment Agreement, aligned with the Program's local development objectives.
Used in active contracts already underway and in supply categories that do not use the CVI, buyers may encourage their suppliers to join Partilhar through the Commitment Agreement, which covers the Local Spending and Social Investment levers.
The contracted supplier provides periodic information to track the Action Plan, in accordance with the previously agreed milestones and evidence.
Suppliers must fill in the Excel spreadsheets with information on the actions carried out and electronically sign the documents after completion.

About the CVI (Community Value Index)
The Community Value Index (CVI) is a ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ methodology, structured around four objective levers, that measures the socioeconomic contribution of suppliers to local development.
The analysis considers each supplier, each contracting process, and each ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ operation, making it possible to measure and identify the positive value generated across different territories.

Pra?a Digital
Pra?a Digital is an online platform of ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½'s Partilhar Program that connects local social organizations to suppliers participating in the program, facilitating the realization of voluntary social investments.
On the platform, social organizations register and submit projects that require support for implementation. Suppliers, in turn, register to access available projects and view information such as the initiative category, target audience, required funding amount, and other relevant data for social investment decision-making.
Frequently Asked Questions
The Partilhar Program is ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½¡¯s strategic initiative to generate shared value with its supply chain. It encourages suppliers to develop projects and actions that promote sustainable development in the regions where the company operates.
Its main objectives are:
? Promote job creation in the communities where operates.
? Encourage income generation through payroll growth.
? Foster local procurement and the creation of new business opportunities.
? Encourage voluntary social investment.
The Partilhar Program transforms the contracting process by introducing the CVI (Community Value Index) as a decision-making criterion. As a result, ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ evaluates suppliers not only based on technical and pricing criteria, but also on their local socioeconomic contribution.
In practice, this change works as follows:
? Strategic Prioritization: partnerships with companies that demonstrate a greater positive impact in the regions where ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ operates are favored.
? Competitive Advantage: the higher the supplier¡¯s CVI, the greater its competitiveness in bidding and procurement processes.
? Social Engagement: the supply chain is encouraged to act as an agent of regional development, aligned with ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½¡¯s sustainability commitments.
Suppliers participating in procurement processes for eligible categories that will support ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½¡¯s active operations may participate in the Program. It is important to note that the buyers responsible for each procurement process will invite the suppliers to participate.
The Supplier plays an essential role in promoting socioeconomic development within communities. By participating in the Program, the Supplier commits to:
? Reading and accepting the Program Regulations, if in agreement, through the CVI Calculator Spreadsheet & Adhesion Term.
? Complying with the rules established in the Program Regulations.
? Submitting a CVI proposal (CVI Calculator) together with commercial proposals.
? If awarded a contract with a CVI commitment, implementing the agreed Action Plan and providing evidence through the CVI Action Plan Verification Form (ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½forms ¨C access here).
? Providing feedback to support Program improvements.
? Providing information and supporting documents required during audits, which will be conducted through sample-based selection.
CVI stands for Community Value Index. The CVI calculation methodology is based on four drivers focused on generating value for communities:
? Local employment.
? Payroll.
? Local spending.
? Social investments.
