Our goals

Increase employee awareness and engagement to build a respectful environment in which all people have physical and psychological safety and opportunities to develop their potential.

We made a commitment to double the representation of women by 2025, a result that was achieved in 2024, one year ahead of schedule. We are also working to reach 26% of women in senior leadership positions globally.

We are committed to having 40% of leadership positions in Brazil held by Black professionals by 2026. In 2021, ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ also joined MOVER (Movement for Racial Equity), which brings together 45 major Brazilian companies and multinationals in a movement to create 10,000 new leadership positions for Black people and generate opportunities for 3 million people in the coming years through practical actions.

Raise awareness of LGBTI+ issues and promote a respectful environment for all people regardless of personal beliefs and values.

We continuously seek to understand and monitor the degree of inclusion of our employees with disabilities, in order to improve working conditions and enhance their productive and creative capacities.

Increase the training and development of talents from regions and countries that are underrepresented among the company's leadership positions.

Jeito ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ de Incluir

In 2025, we launched, for our employees, the Jeito ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ de Incluir platform. The initiative places people at the center of decisions, respects individuality, expands opportunities and reinforces the building of an environment where everyone can be who they are.

The platform is structured around three fundamental pillars:

Development

Development programs for minoritized groups and literacy actions.

Metrics

Management indicators and targets at all levels. In 2025, as a goal, in addition to % of women and % of Black leadership, we also have the inclusion rate. An unprecedented indicator in the market.

Support

Affinity groups, benefits, infrastructure, partnerships and policy.
