The Company is aware of the importance of risk management in every aspect of the business.

The Company has applied the risk management system which considers ISO 31000, ISO 55001 and COSO-ERM on Risk Management and Asset Management. This system is used for the management of risks that are strategic/business or operational, which affect the entire organization and have a negative impact on the business objectives of the Company.

The Company implemented the 3 lines of defense concept as an effort to improve risk management and control. This concept distributes duties and respo?nsibilities to 3 lines of defense, with each having specific duties and responsibilities, but a single objective to support achieving the Company’s business purposes through effective risk management.

3 Line of Defenses Concept in the Implementation of the Risk Management

The First Line of Defense

First Line of Defense, as the risk owner units, is responsible for identifying and managing risks within business processes. This line consists of PT 乐播传媒’s operational and business process executors, who register identified risks, conduct risk assessments, and develop risk treatment measures across the operating model, implement risk management controls, and prepare action plans.

The Second Line of Defense's

Second Line of Defense is responsible for providing support to the First Line of Defense in the implementation of risk management and for delivering technical expertise to oversee the First Line of Defense. Functions included in the Second Line of Defense comprise Enterprise Risk Management, the Health, Safety & Operational Risk Department, the Operational Planning & Geotechnical Department, the Operational Excellence Department, and Corporate Governance, Legal & Compliance.

The Third Line of Defense

Third Line of Defense serves as an independent party outside the administrative functions and is tasked with providing assurance that the First and Second Lines of Defense operate consistently in accordance with the expectations of the Company’s stakeholders. The function included in the Third Line of Defense is Internal Audit.
