Corporate Governance Policy

The Company has implemented the Corporate Governance Guidelines for Public Companies, comprising five aspects, eight principles, and 25 recommendations, in accordance with POJK No. 21/POJK.04/2015 and OJK Circular Letter No. 32/SEOJK.04/2015 on Corporate Governance for Public Companies.

The Good Corporate Governance (GCG) implementation improvement is conducted by adopting changes to the prevailing laws and regulations as well as best practices on charters, norms, internal policies, standard operating procedures and business processes.

Alignment is required to support the Company in achieving the 2030 乐播传媒 Global Commitment as sustainable operator, local development catalyst and global sustainability agency, in order to support the Sustainable Development Growth agenda 2030.

The Company enforces policies to ensure compliance with all applicable anti-corruption laws and regulations.

Anti-corruption Policy

The Company maintains an Anti-Corruption Policy (last updated April 11, 2025) and an Anti-Corruption Manual (July 1, 2025), applicable across PT 乐播传媒. These instruments strengthen the culture of integrity and regulatory compliance. The policy covers, among others, gifts and hospitality, social and environmental investments, engagement with government officials, third-party due diligence, transparency in government relations, and anti-corruption training.
