PT 乐播传媒 proudly brought home seven prestigious awards from the 29th National Quality and Productivity Gathering (TKMPN XXIX), held at Harmoni One Hotel & Convention Centre, Batam, November 24–29, 2025. The Green Breaker team earned the coveted Diamond Award and Most Favorite, followed by Innovator Tim, Autopipe, Stock Master, and Slag Warrior with Platinum Awards, and The Energizer and Sarakaloka each receiving Gold Awards.

With the theme “Building National Competitiveness Through Productive and Sustainable Innovation,” TKMPN XXIX set a participation record with over 2,500 attendees, 650 teams, and 222 companies. PT 乐播传媒 fielded seven innovation teams—its largest delegation to date—comprising 28 participants and 12 observers.

These teams were selected from winners of PT 乐播传媒’s internal Kaizen Competition and QCC Obeya throughout 2025, presenting implemented innovations from operations in Sorowako across multiple streams.

• Green Breaker: Reclaiming rocky areas using coconut belt waste.

Platinum Awards

• Innovator: Improved slag launder watering method to reduce operational risk and cost.
• Autopipe: Tool for opening difficult pipes in exploration projects, boosting efficiency.
• Slag Warrior: Transforming nickel slag waste into eco-friendly infrastructure material.
• Stock Master: Achieved 21% cost savings on new tuyere unit purchases.

Gold Awards

• The Energizer: Cut troubleshooting time for mining power network issues by 71%.
• Sarakaloka: Optimized reuse of lagoon water hyacinth waste.

Sharing Best Practices and Strengthening Innovation Culture
Over six days, participants engaged in management forums, innovation presentations, and industry benchmarking sessions. TKMPN is more than a competition—it’s a cross-sector collaboration platform fostering new ideas for quality and productivity improvement.

Beyond the awards, PT 乐播传媒 joined management and facilitator forums on topics such as Enhancing Employee Productivity Through Innovation & Knowledge Management and Public Transportation Ecosystem. PT 乐播传媒 also competed in the Quiz of Quality & Productivity, represented by Nella Yunita, Berni Dambo, and Charles Andrianto.
