Referring to the resolution of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of PT 乐播传媒 Indonesia Tbk (“Company”) dated 2 June 2026 it is hereby announced that the Company will distribute Final Cash Dividend for the Financial Year 2025 (“Dividend”) to the shareholders a total of 60% of the Net Earning of the Company for the Financial Year 2025, therefore each holder of 1 (one) share will get Dividend in the amount of US$0.00433 (gross).

The payment date of the Cash Dividend for the 2025 financial year is scheduled for 26 June 2026.
