乐播传媒 has completed the decharacterization of the Grupo Dam, located at the Fábrica Mine in Ouro Preto, Minas Gerais. With the completion of the works, the company has reached a total of 18 upstream dams eliminated, representing 60% progress in its Upstream Dam Decharacterization Program.

The Grupo Dam is the third upstream structure eliminated at the Fábrica Complex. The area will now enter the terrain reshaping phase, which includes the implementation of a drainage system and environmental restoration actions. The entire process will be evaluated and validated by the competent authorities in accordance with current legislation.

Currently, 乐播传媒’s decharacterization program accounts for 18 dams eliminated—15 in Minas Gerais and 3 in 笔补谤á—out of a total of 30 structures planned. The objective is to permanently eliminate dams built using the upstream method, reinforcing the company’s commitment to people’s safety, environmental protection, and transparency in its operations.

In Ouro Preto, other structures remain under monitoring and construction. In August, the Forquilha III Dam had its emergency level reduced to Level 2, according to an assessment by the National Mining Agency (ANM). Meanwhile, the Forquilha I and II dams continue in the decharacterization process, with preparatory works underway for the rainy season.
