Fostering Harmonious Industrial Relations, PT ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ Collaborates with South Sulawesi Ministry of Manpower and East Luwu Manpower Office to Conduct Training for Labor Unions

Sorowako, June 17, 2026 ¨C Amid evolving regulatory dynamics and the growing need for alignment between employees and the company, PT ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ Indonesia Tbk (PT ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½) reaffirms its commitment to maintaining a harmonious working environment. One of the company¡¯s key initiatives is the Industrial Relations and Labor Training held at Taman Antar Bangsa (TAB).

The program was conducted in collaboration with the Ministry of Manpower, the South Sulawesi Provincial Manpower Office, and the East Luwu Manpower Office. Participants included representatives and union leaders from several organizations, including the Chemical, Energy, Mining, Oil and Gas, and General Workers Union (SPKEKP), ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ Indonesia United Workers Union (SPBVI), Mining and Energy Federation ¨C Confederation of All Indonesian Trade Unions (FPE KSBSI), Indonesian Workers Struggle Federation (FSPBI), ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ Indonesia Staff Union (SSVI), and the Indonesian Prosperous Labor Union (PK SBSI).

  

PT ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½¡¯s Senior Industrial Relations Analyst, Muhammad Parawansa Lamude, explained that the two-day training program is mandated under the Collective Labor Agreement (CLA), which requires the company to provide training for union and labor organization representatives.

¡°At PT ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½, labor unions are strategic partners in achieving sustainable business growth. This training reflects our proactive efforts to build a shared understanding among the company, employees, and the government, enabling us to jointly ensure a safe, productive, and harmonious working environment across all operational areas,¡± said Parawansa.

The initiative also received appreciation from Nasrullah, Industrial Relations Mediator at the East Luwu Manpower Office, who emphasized that such programs strengthen the tripartite relationship among employers, workers, and the government as an integrated system. He highlighted the importance of continued intensive collaboration to ensure sustained synergy among all stakeholders in the future.

  

In addition, the training aligns with the fundamental objectives of industrial relations: to foster harmonious, dynamic, and fair working relationships, covering aspects such as working hours, rest periods, wages, and labor protection.

¡°We highly appreciate initiatives like this. As a regulator in the labor sector, the government must remain responsive to the various workforce dynamics experienced by both employees and employers,¡± Nasrullah added.

Moving forward, PT ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ will continue to promote and initiate collaborative platforms as part of its commitment to sustaining business continuity while ensuring compliance with regulations and the protection of workers¡¯ rights.
