PRSA
The Socio-Environmental Repair Plan for the Paraopeba River Basin is part of the Comprehensive Judicial Repair Agreement, signed in February 2021 between ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½, the Public Prosecutor¡¯s Office of Minas Gerais, the Federal Public Prosecutor¡¯s Office, the Public Defender¡¯s Office of Minas Gerais, and the Government of Minas Gerais.

The Agreement established ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½¡¯s obligations to act and pay, aiming to repair damages, negative impacts, and socio-environmental and socioeconomic losses caused by the collapse, based on technical studies and indicators that allow continuous monitoring of actions.

Community participation is essential to ensure that the repair process is transparent, effective, and adapted to the real needs of the population.
