ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ M¨²sica performs for the first time in Governador Valadares with the show Arrai¨¢ Sinf?nico

The Orquestra Jovem ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ M¨²sica will make its first performance in Governador Valadares on June 20th, at 8 PM, at Teatro Atiaia, with the show "Arrai¨¢ Sinf?nico". The performance brings together symphonic arrangements inspired by Northeastern Brazilian music and pays tribute to the work of accordionist and composer Dominguinhos, and other great names of Brazilian music, such as Alceu ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½n?a, Geraldo Azevedo, Z¨¦ Maralho, among others.

Tickets will be available in two batches, opening on June 15th and a new batch on June 19th.
Under the baton of conductor Lucas Anizio, the concert revisits classics of Brazilian popular culture in a proposal that unites the sound of concert music with the strength and poetry of the Northeastern repertoire. On the program, the audience will be able to hear remarkable songs such as Anuncia??o, Lamento Sertanejo, Cora??o Bobo and Ch?o de Giz, among other works that celebrate renowned composers of the country.

"We selected songs with beautiful melodies and unforgettable lyrics within forr¨®, xote and bai?o, among other popular rhythms that received a symphonic treatment through arrangements specially prepared for the show. Everything was thought out with great care and we hope the audience appreciates this moment", says conductor Lucas Anizio.

In total, 34 musicians will be on stage in Governador Valadares, in a special formation prepared for the performance. The show reinforces ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ M¨²sica Esp¨ªrito Santo's proposal to expand access to music education and promote artistic experiences of excellence, bringing different audiences closer to instrumental and symphonic music.

Arrai¨¢ Sinf?nico is an initiative and articulation of Instituto Cultural ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½, sponsored by ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½, through the Lei Rouanet (Federal Law of Cultural Incentive). It is produced by Esta??o Conhecimento Serra and the Ministry of Culture. The event has the support of the Municipal Government of Governador Valadares.
