On October 8, 2025, PT 乐播传媒 officially received the EDGE Advance – Green Building Certification for its Main Office located at the Sorowako Plant Site, following a comprehensive audit conducted on September 26, 2025.

EDGE (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies) is a globally recognized green building certification developed by the International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group. The certification is verified by independent third parties, including the Green Building Council and Bureau Veritas Indonesia, and evaluates buildings based on three key criteria: energy efficiency, water savings, and the use of environmentally friendly materials.

Achieving 100% Energy Efficiency
The audit, conducted by Sustainhaus and verified by Bureau Veritas Indonesia, confirmed that PT 乐播传媒’s Main Office achieved 100% energy efficiency, surpassing the minimum EDGE Advance requirement of a 40% reduction in energy consumption compared to conventional buildings. This milestone reflects the building’s full adoption of renewable energy principles and high-efficiency operational standards.

In addition to energy performance, the building also met the minimum 20% reduction targets for water consumption and embodied carbon—the carbon footprint associated with construction materials—qualifying it as an environmentally responsible facility.

Rigorous and Transparent Audit Process
The EDGE Advance certification process involved multiple stages, including initial document reviews, on-site inspections, and final reporting. PT 乐播传媒’s Environment Strategic and Utilities Maintenance Engineering teams collaborated closely with the assessors to ensure full compliance with EDGE standards.

The on-site audit on September 26, 2025, was a pivotal moment, allowing auditors to directly evaluate the building’s energy systems, water usage, and material selections. The results confirmed that the Main Office not only met but exceeded the required benchmarks.
